We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we make it easy to return it — no hoops, no hassle.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Looxsmax offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on all eligible products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the original purchase date for a refund or store credit.
We accept returns on both opened and unopened products — you are welcome to try the product and return it if it doesn’t work for you. The refund value depends on the condition of the item at the time of return:
Return value by condition
Full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
50% of the purchase price issued as Looxsmax store credit, processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
We strongly recommend retaining your original packaging until you are certain you are satisfied with your purchase.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Returns within 90 days of purchase — Looxsmax covers the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Returns after 90 days of purchase — the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must still be received by Looxsmax within a reasonable timeframe following the return request.
- Items received broken or defective — Looxsmax covers return shipping at no cost to the customer regardless of when the defect is reported. See our warranty policy below.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Consumable products — items that are used up or depleted during normal use (such as serums, topical products, or single-use items) are not eligible for return once opened.
- Final sale items — products marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund. This designation will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Looxsmax products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional failures that occur under normal, intended use
- Defects that are present at the time of delivery or develop during normal use within the warranty period
What is not covered
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or use not in accordance with product instructions
- Accidental damage including drops, spills, or physical impact
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Consumable parts or accessories not covered under the standard warranty
Warranty resolution
If your product is found to have a valid manufacturing defect within the 1-year warranty period, Looxsmax will issue store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item. Looxsmax covers return shipping on all valid warranty claims.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photos or video where applicable.

- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

- Refunds to the original payment method may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Looxsmax will cover return shipping and resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
