Shipping Policy

We want your order to arrive quickly and without any surprises. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Shipping Destinations
Looxsmax currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including P.O. boxes. We do not ship to US territories or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required. Priority shipping is available at checkout for a flat fee of $10.00.

Processing Times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Processing begins after your order is confirmed and payment is verified.
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days to process before shipment
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days to process before shipment
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods such as sales events or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
Delivery Times
Delivery time begins once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days from shipment date
- Priority Shipping: 5–10 business days from shipment date
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control. Looxsmax is not responsible for carrier-caused delays once your order has been handed off for shipment.
Shipping Carriers
Looxsmax ships via multiple carriers depending on the product and its origin. Some items are shipped directly from our supplier overseas before being handed off to a domestic carrier for final delivery within the United States. In these cases, your tracking number may not show immediate domestic carrier activity until the package has cleared customs and entered the US delivery network.
If your tracking number does not show immediate movement, please allow a few business days for the system to update. If you have concerns about your shipment, contact us at support@looxsmax.com and we will look into it for you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package with the assigned carrier.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in transit
If your order shows no tracking movement for an extended period and is determined to be lost in transit, Looxsmax will reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us at support@looxsmax.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if you believe your package may be lost.
Marked delivered but not received
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check around your delivery area — porches, mailboxes, garages, and with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered slightly early
- Check with other members of your household
If your package is still not located after these steps, contact us at support@looxsmax.com with your order number. Looxsmax will open an investigation with USPS and, at our discretion, offer a reship or store credit to resolve the issue. We handle each case individually and are committed to making it right.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video of the damage. Looxsmax will cover return shipping and resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you. See our Refund & Warranty Policy for full details.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Looxsmax is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@looxsmax.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Duties and Taxes
For all orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law. There are no additional duties or import fees for US domestic orders.
For items shipped from overseas before domestic handoff to USPS, Looxsmax covers all international duties, customs fees, and import taxes. There are no additional charges to you beyond what you pay at checkout.
